Dr. Terry Connors is an Executive Coaching Psychologist, Behavioural Strategist and Learning Director with more than twenty years of experience working with the CEOs and management teams of National and International Businesses, Banks, Financial and Professional Services Firms, Government Agencies, Utilities, Third-level Educational Institutions, NGO’s and growth-oriented SME’s. As a Coaching Psychologist and Behavoiural Strategist, Terry helps individuals and organisations to align their values, vision, thinking and actions with their mission-critical objectives in order to execute authentic and sustainable strategies. As a Learning Director, his expertise lies in developing and delivering assessment, coaching and training programmes to motivate, build teams, and develop high-performance leadership. Since 2000, as Programme Director at Psychometrix, he has trained over 1,000 coaching, HR and psychology professionals to the European (EFPA) and British (BPS) standards in psychological profiling.
